This policy covers how Freeworkz treats personal information that it collects and receives through the Site. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Freeworkz does not own or control, or to people that Freeworkz does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

Software

Freeworkz offers the Games on the Site at no charge in exchange for your agreement to install the Freeworkz software (the "Software") on your computer which allows the serving of a limited amount of text link, pop up/under, floating, and transitional advertisements based on the web content viewed. No personal information is collected through the Software. However, the Software does track HTML on the web pages visited as well as URLs, and/or search queries in order to deliver ads. If at any time, you no longer want the Software to collect this information or to deliver advertising, you may deactivate the Software which will uninstall the Software. General

Freeworkz does not collect personal information on the Site.

Freeworkz automatically receives and records from cookies Freeworkz may place on your computer non-Personally Identifiable Information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the pages you request.

Freeworkz uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Children

The Site is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under 13 years of age. We strongly encourage parents to review the Privacy Policies and Terms of Use of these other sites before allowing your children to view them.

Third Party Advertising

Advertisements that appear on the Site are sometimes delivered (or “served”) directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. Ownership and Use

Freeworkz and all Games are trademark of Freeworkz. All information, content, services and software displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with the Site and the Games, including for example guides, text, images, illustrations, audio clips, video, html, source and object code, trademarks, logos, and the like, and all associated goodwill (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by or used under license by Freeworkz. You may configure and create unique levels of the Games using the Games’ Content, but no other use is permitted without prior written permission of Freeworkz. All content created within Freeworkz games, using Freeworkz tools or designed for use with Freeworkz products are property of Freeworkz. For example, you may not republish or redistribute any portion of the Content in any form of media, whether or not for payment or other consideration, or incorporate the Content in any derivative, compilation, archive or cache, other than your configuration of your levels of the Games. Modification, copying, framing, caching, reproducing, selling, publishing, transmitting, displaying or otherwise using any portion of the Content for purposes other than configuring your tracks is prohibited without the express prior written authorization of Freeworkz. Don’t steal our Games. If you would like to feature it on your site, create a link to it for fans to play the Games. Freeworkz does not authorize anyone to host the Games on their site without prior consent.

Change to These Terms

Freeworkz may occasionally make changes to these terms. If we post changes to these terms, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of these terms. Your use of the Site after any posted and effected change will be deemed an acceptance of such change.

Miscellaneous

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without reference to its conflict of laws principles or the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of, and agree that any controversy, claim or legal proceeding with respect to or arising under these terms or the use of the Site shall be brought in the State or Federal Courts residing in Orange County, California. The Site and the Games are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Freeworkz is not responsible for any damages that may arise from your use of the Site or the Games.
